Membership Issues
-
Why is my email address displayed with my comments?
-
Your email address, transformed by replacing @ with a -, is displayed to discourage
people from trying to act on behalf of others. For example if you see that someone registered with a
redhat.com account has posted a comment about something related to a Red Hat product then
you can think that the comment is probably accurate. But if someone registered with a yahoo account claims that he is
someone in charge at Red Hat then that should be suspicious.
-
Why is not my comment published?
-
Comments are published after approval. Approval may take some time or your comment
might have been rejected by the administrator.
Your comments are not guaranteed to be published and you will not get any warning
when they are rejected or approved.
-
I didn't get an activation or password reset email
-
Emails sent from our server are delivered after a 5 to 15 minutes delay,
please wait at least 15 minutes. You can file a support ticket at support.securityscorecard.com if you do not receive any emails
even if you wait 15 minutes or more.

-

Rejected or reserved CVE entries are not included in our database either.
