An attacker can send arbitrary JavaScript code via a built-in communication channel, such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, Facebook, Vkontakte, or Odnoklassniki. This is mishandled within the administration panel for conversations/all, conversations/inbox, conversations/unassigned, and conversations/closed.
