    Red Hat is aware of this issue and is tracking it via the following bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/CVE-2010-1084 This issue did not affect the version of the Linux kernel as shipped with Red Hat Enterprise 3 and 4, as it did not use sysfs files. A future update in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 and Red Hat Enterprise MRG may address this flaw.
