SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform (Promotion Management) - versions 420, 430, under certain condition allows an authenticated attacker to view sensitive information which is otherwise restricted. On successful exploitation, the attacker can completely compromise the application causing high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence Platform (CMC), version 4.1, 4.2, shows cleartext password in the response, leading to Information Disclosure. It involves social engineering in order to gain access to system and If password is known, it would give administrative rights to the attacker to read/modify delete the data and rights within the system.

An attacker with basic privileges in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform (Promotion Management) - versions 420, 430, can get access to lcmbiar file and further decrypt the file. After this attacker can gain access to BI user’s passwords and depending on the privileges of the BI user, the attacker can perform operations that can completely compromise the application.

The SAP Web Dispatcher - versions WEBDISP 7.53, WEBDISP 7.54, WEBDISP 7.77, WEBDISP 7.85, WEBDISP 7.89, WEBDISP 7.91, WEBDISP 7.92, WEBDISP 7.93, KERNEL 7.53, KERNEL 7.54 KERNEL 7.77, KERNEL 7.85, KERNEL 7.89, KERNEL 7.91, KERNEL 7.92, KERNEL 7.93, KRNL64UC 7.53, HDB 2.00, XS_ADVANCED_RUNTIME 1.00, SAP_EXTENDED_APP_SERVICES 1, has a vulnerability that can be exploited by an unauthenticated attacker to cause memory corruption through logical errors in memory management this may leads to information disclosure or system crashes, which can have low impact on confidentiality and high impact on the integrity and availability of the system.

SAP GUI for Windows - version 7.70, 8.0, allows an unauthorized attacker to gain NTLM authentication information of a victim by tricking it into clicking a prepared shortcut file. Depending on the authorizations of the victim, the attacker can read and modify potentially sensitive information after successful exploitation.

SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform - versions 420, 430, allows an authenticated attacker with administrator privileges to get the login token of any logged-in BI user over the network without any user interaction. The attacker can impersonate any user on the platform resulting into accessing and modifying data. The attacker can also make the system partially or entirely unavailable.

Under certain conditions SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (Cockpit), version 16.0, allows an attacker with access to local network, to get sensitive and confidential information, leading to Information Disclosure. It can be used to get user account credentials, tamper with system data and impact system availability.

SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP (Web Dynpro), versions - 731, 740, 750, 751, 752, 753, 754, 755, 782, allows an authenticated user to access Web Dynpro components, which reveals sensitive system information that would otherwise be restricted to highly privileged users because of missing authorization, resulting in Information Disclosure.

An information disclosure vulnerability exists in SAP Landscape Management - version 3.0, enterprise edition. It allows an authenticated SAP Landscape Management user to obtain privileged access to other systems making those other systems vulnerable to information disclosure and modification.The disclosed information is for Diagnostics Agent Connection via Java SCS Message Server of an SAP Solution Manager system and can only be accessed by authenticated SAP Landscape Management users, but they can escalate their privileges to the SAP Solution Manager system.

SAP Commerce, versions - 6.7, 1808, 1811, 1905, may allow an attacker to access information under certain conditions which would otherwise be restricted, leading to Information Disclosure.

SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform - versions 420, 430, allows an authenticated attacker to access sensitive information which is otherwise restricted. On successful exploitation, there could be a high impact on confidentiality and limited impact on integrity of the application.

In systems using the optional capture & replay functionality of SAP HANA, 1.00 and 2.00, (see SAP Note 2362820 for more information about capture & replay), user credentials may be stored in clear text in the indexserver trace files of the control system. An attacker with the required authorizations on the control system may be able to access the user credentials and gain unauthorized access to data in the captured or target system.

SAP NetWeaver Master Data Management, versions - 710, 710.750, allows a malicious unauthorized user with access to the MDM Server subnet to find the password using a brute force method. If successful, the attacker could obtain access to highly sensitive data and MDM administrative privileges leading to information disclosure vulnerability thereby affecting the confidentiality and integrity of the application. This happens when security guidelines and recommendations concerning administrative accounts of an SAP NetWeaver Master Data Management installation have not been thoroughly reviewed.

An exploitable XML external entity vulnerability exists in the reporting functionality of SAP BPC. A specially crafted XML request can cause an XML external entity to be referenced, resulting in information disclosure and potential denial of service. An attacker can issue authenticated HTTP requests to trigger this vulnerability.

SAP Console (aka SAPConsole) 7.30 allows local users to discover SAP Server login credentials by reading the Windows registry, aka SAP Security Note 2121461.

Under certain conditions the SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise, version 16.0, allows an attacker to access encrypted sensitive and confidential information through publicly readable installation log files leading to a compromise of the installed Cockpit. This compromise could enable the attacker to view, modify and/or make unavailable any data associated with the Cockpit, leading to Information Disclosure.

Under certain conditions, SAP Business One Chef cookbook, version - 9.2, 9.3, 10.0, used to install SAP Business One, allows an attacker to exploit an insecure temporary folder for incoming & outgoing payroll data and to access information which would otherwise be restricted, which could lead to Information Disclosure and highly impact system confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Under certain conditions, SAP Business One Hana Chef Cookbook, versions - 8.82, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 10.0, used to install SAP Business One for SAP HANA, allows an attacker to exploit an insecure temporary backup path and to access information which would otherwise be restricted, resulting in Information Disclosure vulnerability highly impacting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the application.

An information disclosure vulnerability exists in SAP GUI for Windows - versions < 7.60 PL13, 7.70 PL4, which allows an attacker with sufficient privileges on the local client-side PC to obtain an equivalent of the user’s password. With this highly sensitive data leaked, the attacker would be able to logon to the backend system the SAP GUI for Windows was connected to and launch further attacks depending on the authorizations of the user.

During an update of SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise, Central Management Server (CMS) - versions 420, 430, authentication credentials are being exposed in Sysmon event logs. This Information Disclosure could cause a high impact on systems’ Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability.

SAP NetWeaver - XML Toolkit for JAVA (ENGINEAPI) (versions- 7.10, 7.11, 7.20, 7.30, 7.31, 7.40, 7.50), under certain conditions allows an attacker to access information which would otherwise be restricted, leading to Information Disclosure.

Due to improper validation, SAP BusinessObject Business Intelligence Launch Pad allows an authenticated attacker to access operating system information using crafted document. On successful exploitation there could be a considerable impact on confidentiality of the application.

Under certain conditions an authenticated attacker can get access to OS credentials. Getting access to OS credentials enables the attacker to modify system data and make the system unavailable leading to high impact on confidentiality and low impact on integrity and availability of the application.

Webdynpro in SAP Solman 7.1 through 7.31 allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information via webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/caf~eu~gp~example~timeoff~wd requests, aka SAP Security Note 2344524.
